Conciergerie Côté Sud is independent and based in Cannes-la-Bocca, close to the Royal Palm residence.
We have consciously chosen to remain small. By limiting our portfolio to very few apartments, we offer each owner a genuinely personal service, regular on-site attention and a highly responsive local team.

Our commitment
Conciergerie Côté Sud is an independent private concierge and property management company. We are not the official Royal Palm website, the co-ownership manager, or an official service of the residence.
Our deliberately restricted portfolio enables us to know each home personally, welcome every guest with care and keep every owner informed. This is how we protect high standards and respond quickly when our presence is needed.
Our offer is straightforward: a complete service at 20 % of revenue generated, with no long-term commitment and one dedicated contact. We never promise guaranteed returns.
We act solely on behalf of individual owners. Matters relating to co-ownership rules, common areas or the residence itself remain the responsibility of the appointed co-ownership manager.
